1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the nba365 website accessible at nba365.lat, its mobile-responsive interface, and all associated software, games, and services.
• "Player Account" means the registered personal account created by an eligible individual to access and use the nba365 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering and withdrawal, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited by nba365 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion or withdrawal is permitted.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and supervises online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction from which access to online gambling is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of the nba365 Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is established by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. nba365 has a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Players who provide false date of birth information during registration will have their accounts permanently closed and all balances forfeited without right of appeal.

2.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

The nba365 Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for use by players physically located within the Philippines at the time of gameplay. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or depositing. nba365 does not knowingly accept registrations from players located in prohibited jurisdictions. Access via VPN or proxy services to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create a Player Account on nba365, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party;
• You have not previously had an account on nba365 that was closed for violation of these terms;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an nba365 employee.

Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

nba365 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit a clear copy of at least one valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a UMID, PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's licence) along with proof of your registered mobile number. In certain circumstances, nba365 may request additional documents including proof of address, source of funds, or payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by nba365 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active Player Account on nba365. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nba365 will close all secondary accounts, forfeit all associated balances and bonuses, and may permanently close the primary account depending on the severity of the violation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nba365 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP verification codes with any other person. nba365 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify nba365 support immediately. nba365 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.3 Account Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal and financial information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method must be verified through the appropriate in-account process. nba365 is not liable for failed transactions or communications resulting from outdated account information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nba365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through GCash, Maya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank Direct, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, and Coins.ph. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. nba365 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount at nba365 is ₱100 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and may be subject to your account verification status. Players who have not completed full KYC may be subject to lower transaction limits until verification is finalised.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to nba365 are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays in the Philippines. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 15 to 60 minutes of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically process within 1 to 4 hours. These timeframes represent nba365's internal processing targets and are not guaranteed — delays caused by payment provider systems, bank maintenance windows, or regulatory holds are outside nba365's direct control.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been used to deposit into your account, subject to verification of ownership. nba365 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. Funds deposited must be wagered at least once on eligible games before withdrawal is permitted, even in the absence of a bonus. This condition is separate from any bonus wagering requirements.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers available on the nba365 Platform are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and validity periods. These specific terms are published on each individual promotion page and form part of this agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term prevails.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your nba365 account must be wagered the specified number of times on eligible games before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. Live casino games, progressive jackpot slots, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is disclosed in the relevant promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

nba365 monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to lock in a profit regardless of outcome ("hedging"), exploiting system errors or miscalculated odds, and coordinating with other players to manipulate outcome distribution. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games offered on the nba365 Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer formats provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and Habanero. Game results are final once displayed on screen. In the event of a technical malfunction that prevents a game from completing normally — including server disconnection, power outage, or software error — bets affected will be voided and stakes returned to your Real Money Balance where possible.

nba365 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, at clearly incorrect odds, or that is the subject of a verifiable system error. Winnings derived from such bets will not be paid. Where a bet has been settled in error, nba365 reserves the right to reverse the settlement and recalculate the correct outcome, including recovering any overpayment from your account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nba365 Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate account activity;
• Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes, particularly in poker and live dealer games;
• Use of the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your location;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or proxy;
• Hacking, reverse engineering, or otherwise attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the nba365 Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward nba365 staff or other players.

nba365 cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and Philippine law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected violations. Confirmed violations will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the nba365 Platform — including software, graphics, game designs, logos, trademarks, promotional materials, and written content — is the property of nba365 or its licensed game providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any nba365 content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nba365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or emotional distress. nba365's total liability to any Player for direct damages shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nba365 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action) may affect Platform availability. nba365 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance and to restore service as promptly as possible.

10. Responsible Gaming

nba365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the Platform. All Player Accounts include access to deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools, which can be activated through the account settings panel at any time without contacting support. Self-exclusion is enforced across all devices and cannot be reversed before the selected exclusion period expires.

nba365 operates a mandatory 21+ age restriction enforced through KYC verification. Any player who believes their gambling is causing harm to themselves or their family is strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in their account settings or to seek assistance from qualified support organisations. 11. Termination

You may close your nba365 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your registered payment method after satisfactory KYC completion, provided no active bonus wagering requirements are outstanding.

nba365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player Account at any time without prior notice if: (a) you breach any term of this agreement; (b) nba365 is required to do so by PAGCOR or any competent regulatory authority; (c) nba365 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk to nba365. In the event of account closure for cause, balances may be withheld pending investigation and, in cases of confirmed fraud or illegal activity, forfeited.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of the nba365 Platform shall first be submitted to nba365's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the dispute. nba365 will respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through nba365's internal process within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution mechanism or, if necessary, to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such matters.
